Keith DesRochers, MD, serves as Medical Director, providing clinical oversight for advanced aesthetic treatments including SkinPen® microneedling. He brings a strong foundation in internal medicine along with a passion for integrative, personalized care that bridges conventional and holistic approaches. Keith practices precision and longevity medicine at BlueWave Medicine, a concierge practice in San Francisco.

Keith believes the best outcomes come from combining evidence-based Western medicine with time-tested healing traditions. His approach emphasizes safety, precision, and thoughtful, individualized care—ensuring that all treatments are performed with a deep understanding of both clinical effectiveness and patient well-being.

Keith earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at UCLA and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

In addition to his clinical work, he has a strong interest in longevity, lifestyle medicine, and the integration of modern medical advancements with holistic care. His role as Medical Director supports the clinic’s commitment to delivering safe, effective, and well-rounded treatments.
