These terms govern your use of akaraintegrative.com and your purchase of memberships and packages from AKARA Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine ("AKARA," "we," "us"), located at 977 Valencia Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Content on this website, including our Wellness Guides, service pages, and FAQs, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a practitioner-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider. AKARA provides acupuncture and integrative medicine services delivered by licensed practitioners; our aesthetic microneedling treatments are provided under the medical oversight of our Medical Director. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you is determined through clinical assessment at your visit. Our practitioners may decline or modify treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
Appointments are booked through Jane App at akaraintegrative.janeapp.com. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in accordance with the policy presented at booking. For membership holders, sessions lost to no-shows may count toward the monthly session allowance.
Packages (such as our cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling series) are one-time purchases for a fixed number of sessions and are not memberships. Membership benefits and discounts do not apply to packages. Package sessions should be used within the timeframe described at purchase and are non-transferable. Refunds for unused package sessions are handled in accordance with the policy provided at purchase and applicable law.
Prices shown on this website are current as of the last update and may change. The price presented at booking or enrollment is the price that applies. Discounts, referral credits, and partner benefits cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
